Stop Your Website Images From Being Hijacked

March 9, 2015 by Nancy Fields Leave a Comment

When a visitor hovers over an image on your website does another window pop up showing your image all by itself on a single page? If it does it could easily be used without your permission.

Here’s How To Stop That From Happening in WordPress

  1. After clicking the Add Media button on your Post or Page,
  2. Choose your image from your media library
  3. Set Link To None under Attachment Display Settings
  4. Click Insert into post button
