When a visitor hovers over an image on your website does another window pop up showing your image all by itself on a single page? If it does it could easily be used without your permission.

- After clicking the Add Media button on your Post or Page,
- Choose your image from your media library
- Set Link To None under Attachment Display Settings
- Click Insert into post button
